Whoa! I'm impressed!! Even I wasn't that organized in my rig. Wanted to be but . . . easier just to dump everything in the top drawer and forget about. Hmmmm . . . no Preparation H, no Grecian formula bottles . . . .

Rick, ya know what they say. As long as they're picking on ya, they like ya. It's when they stop picking on ya that you need to start worrying!

Only one comment Rick, theres not even a first grader that would include Califonia in the Southwest and of course would never leave Texas out. I understand Texas is a region of its own but it is usually included in the southwest region.

I didn't make up the area's Jim... I'm just trying to get something... anything... going. My suggestion is, that while we are listed as the SouthWest... Each state should have it's own club, making get-togethers much more doable.

Besides... I really don't give much credence to some of the things they teach in school... I mean seriously, would you define this as the Mid West?

The Midwestern United States, as defined by the U.S. Census Bureau

I guess you're right...according to red area of the US census map, that should be middle north and what we have always refered to as southwest would be middle south and then CA could become what its always wanted to be, THE WEST, broke of course, but west. Oh, and I'm sorry you can't give much credence to what is being taught in our schools...most children unfortunately don't have the opportunity of being educated properly at home.

Jim, I blame the Weather Channel for all the states being called the Mid West. I remember in grade school that the states around the Great Lakes where called the North Central and the Mid West was west of the Mississippi River.

I didn't learn anything today... So what does this mean? Does it mean there can be exceptions to every rule?

In which case... I will have learned something new

Rick, in the state of Texas we have the Texas Boomers who have activities for the entire state. Then we also have AREAs and Area Leaders who plan activities just for their particular part of this great state. Not bragging, but ....we DO have our act together.

I totally agree Barbara... in fact I'm jealous. I was trying to get something going for the Southwest Region but my logo's keep getting shot down and there seems to be no interest, so I've given up... Heck... I might just come over and join your group... I'm a free spirit, I can say I'm from anywhere I want. Maybe I'll roam from group to group

You would be more than welcome to join our group...Texas Boomers, but just keep in mine, we Texans take our geography very serious. Heck, there use to be a southwest conference in college sports until tu and Texas A&M pulled out. They had to change it to mid north or something like that.
