Cobb Grill

Just recently bought a Cobb Grill. Did an inch & half pork steak and then a half chicken. WOW! Totally impressed. Now I'm looking for some Cobb recipes. Any Cobbers out there with a favorite recipe they'd be willing to share?
Thanks

We throw some wood chips on the briquets and make smoked boneless chicken breast. Good hot, cold or added to a caesar salad. Chunk a pork shoulder and smoke two or three cycles of wood chips. Put the chunks into the instapot and cook until tender, 60 to 90 minutes. Add BBQ sauce. Both the chicken and the BBQ pork freeze well in one meal size baggies.

The foil sleeves aren't cheap, but really worth it. Love the Cobb Grill but it's a pain to clean. The cobblestones I did without. 8 briquettes work just fine for us, along with some wood chips.
Good luck with it.

Your rib eyes look terrific. So does your Cobb. I'd forgotten they look so good. We use ours 2-3 times a week and I don't clean it every time. I'll take the pressure washer to it a few times a year and clear the big hunks. I suppose I'll need to get a new grill in a year or two.
