For those IP folks

I ran into a cookbook and a FB group under the name of Rootitoot. The lady is Ms Ruth McCusker and she has published, not one but now two cookbooks based on her Mom's recipes and her own love of cooking. Adapting them to the I.P. You can get a Kindle version of book one and I think book two will be kindlized in the next couple of weeks. Otherwise, you would need to order the book or books from her website Rootitoot.com.
Meanwhile, I was looking over the FB page and ran into a method of freezing leftovers that would work out great for one or two folks. Now if I can just get the picture to work.

Just to let anyone know. Ruth passed away not very long ago. Her FB group plans to continue her work and her books will be available. He son and daughter plan to help keep their mothers dream going. I've tried her recipes and so far they have been good.
