I bake a lot and love convection ovens. I really haven’t adjusted the bake time on any of my baking but only because I use convection at home too so I am used to it and have changed all baking times already.

When we are gone I tend to bake even more anything from breads, cookies, cakes and pies. It’s actually more fun to bake in convection since the air circulates the heat giving everything a balance of heat so everything bakes so evenly.

When we ordered our 2002 DSDP we specified a GE Advantium in it. So far it's been almost 10 years of rattling around and use with no problems, but it doesn't really like the MSW inverter we have. Still works but much slower so I just crank up the generator.
