My first Convention Oven/Micro combo....dishes?

We leave next week for a long weekend trip. This is my first combo machine. It's a smaller Highpoint model. What dishes are you all using for baking. We want to practice by backing some fish. Use round glass cake pans? Gimmie some ideas of what you all use. THANKS!!!!

In convection mode you can use any sort of dish you would use in a regular range-type oven, as long as it is small enough to fit the turntable and turn in the oven. We bake in ours regularly. Don't like it as much as a regular oven but once you get use to it it is OK.
