We use parchment paper a lot easier cleanup than the mats. We get a big roll at Costco.

I use those BBQ mats that everyone is selling for convection cooking in the microwave. My microwave has two round racks for convection cooking. I took the BBQ mats and cut them a little larger in diameter than the racks. They are great fro cooking meat.

We also use a silicone mat on the turntable. Easy to clean. We have an induction cooktop and we use silicone mats on that too.

I use silicone mats to bake all the time. When I couldn't find one small enough for my baking sheet for the RV oven I bought a larger one and cut it to fit. Still works great!

I have them and they are easy to clean up. I cut mine to fit the cookie sheet I have.

Silpat is probably the best. I've used Bed Bath & Beyonds in house brand, Reel Simple, works good also.

We do also. They seem to only carry it around Thanksgiving so make sure to look then.
