I just purchased the 27K in June. Its the Crimson color. I haven't done much to it. I think it already has rear anti-sway bars and there is a steering stabilizer of some such on it. I have an older copy of the milepost and will be getting a newer one as soon as it comes out. We aren't making any reservations at the moment and will be taking it one day at a time. We are planning on a May 1st departure with a border crossing at Sweetgrass about June 1st. We are going to take it slow and stop when we see something that interests us. Hey Scott;
We are about 2 hours drive from State college, wife is going to Hawaii and gets back on the 16th of Jan. We have the same rig, right down to the paint I think! I changed the front and rear anti-sway bar and wow what a difference, well worth the money and I did the install, also added a steering stabilizer. Totally firmed up the roll in the coach! I also hard wired a EMS after the transfer switch for peace of mind there! If you haven't bought a copy of the milepost I strongly suggest that as well, tons of great info for alaska bound trecker's, its a long drive but a gazillion people do it every year! We are going to book some time in Teklanika in July. I'm an avid fisherman and plan or getting my share of wild caught salmon, hopefully razor clams and halibut too! Do you have a facebook account?
