Bought from Codrelia RV in Fairfield Ca. Come to find out, the "walk through" was a joke. I am new to fifth wheels so I didn't know any better! I noticed while on the lot, before buying it, the TV antenna looked funny to me. Never mentioned it, what do I know lol. never had a TT with a television, One arm was level to the roof and the other side was bent up... Said to the wife, must be for reception, lol. A few weeks later, had it in the driveway, starring at it again, I wondered again about it, so this time I called the dealer, they essentially said I did it! I said no, it was that way on the lot, somewhere between the mfg and the dealer, they caught it on something, and I reminded that that includes whoever transported to them.. Anyway, they wouldn't cover it, so I bent it back...

I am PMing you because I didn't want to appear to be a smart ass on the forum. Re your water heater problems. Is this a new trailer? Didn't the dealer provide you with all of the installation and operation manuals for all of the devices on your trailer? If they didn't, I would go demand them from them. The operation manual for the Atwood HWH on our 5th wheel clearly explains what the position of all the valves should be, how to fill the HWH etc. Winterization is covered as well. I am curious who your dealer is as we will be picking up a new 20FQ from one of the dealers recommended on this forum and I would like to be forewarned if they are the same ones you are dealing with.
