We have stayed at several RV parks on our way north. The only one we have stayed at more than once or more than one night is the Promised Land State Park in Pennsylvania. It doesn't have sewer hookups at each camp site but it does have a dump station. We usually start looking early for our nightly stops so the campgrounds aren't filled up. The wife looks them up on the Allstays App and then checks them out on Google. We only had problems with one KOA campground but they had been hit with a major storm and were having problems with their electricity and cable.

Hey guys, have you camped going north to Buffalo,NY from Tn. area?

All we had to do to the Chevy Spark is install the base plate and a braking system. We went with Blue Ox for the plate and the Invisibrake. All that is required is to hook it up, put it in neutral, release the parking brake and turn the ignition to the first notch (not accessory) so the steering wheel won't lock up. Some owners of the newer Sparks say they don't have to turn the key to release the steering wheel. It weighs 2,246 lbs. and you can't tell it is being towed behind you. Hope all your trips are good and safe and maybe some day we will cross paths.

Do you have to do anything special to your Chevy Spark to tow it? and how much does it weigh? Seems like you are good people maybe we'll cross paths someday...we live in Jonesborough, Tn. Headed to Niagara Falls in July, and tool around in the northeast a little while. Happy Days to you.

We are very happy with it. It is our 2nd one. The first one only had one slide in the bedroom and was only 26' long. It got too crowded fast so we traded it in on our 35TSA which has 3 slides (2 in the bedroom and one in the living/kitchen area). It is on the Workhorse chassis with the 8.1L Chevy engine and Allison transmission which they don't make anymore. I hear they have improved the Ford Chassis since we bought ours but we are still happy with ours. Tiffin stands behind their coaches and you can take them back to Red Bay, AL for repairs if you can't find a repair shop that can handle your problem. We tow a Chevy Spark and you can't tell it is back there.
