Hi there! I was came across this conversation by accident, while researching for this same project (yes, I'm still going around this in circles), and I don't think I ever read your answer. If you don't mind sharing that PDF, I would like to take a look at it. For now, I just added a scangauge D to get some additional info, and was even thinking about putting together a digital dashboard, but thats a much more complicated project.. I'm still undecided and really need to focus on traveling more and fixing less
you can email me to my username @ either Hotmail or Gmail, I prefer Gmail.
    Thanks!

I actually made an Adobe Acrobat PDF for myself, so I couldn't mess up my wiring. It is 12 pages long, and is less than half a meg. It has the pin out diagrams for the instrument clusters I used.

    I used a instrument cluster from a non-diesel C/K truck.

The PDF also has information on how to re-calibrate the VSSB or DRAC, if you ever decide to change tire sizes.

Shoot me your email, and I'll email you the PDF.

Hi, I just saw your post about retrofitting the cluster on your RV. I'm planning on doing exactly that, and I was wondering if you could share the pinouts you found for the old and new dashboards. Thanks for the write up, I also had read that it was impossible and gave up a few months ago, now getting back to it.
    Thanks
    Nico
