I keep my O-1F Birddog, aka an L-19, at Gillespie, over at Sky Harbor Hangars C-5 & C-7. Stop over sometime and we can talk airplanes an maybe throw in some Alpine topics for good measure.

I've pretty much made the rounds for maintenance facilities for the Alpine; Cummins Cal Pacific, San Diego R.V., County R.V., and now hopefully I've found a home with Mark and Bob at R.V. Specialities. I keep the Alpine in my hangars and it is somewhat inconvenient to go out to Mira Mesa, but this appears to be an excellent shop.
