We built the trailer. It wasn't that difficult (carpenters by trade) but it has at least 4 coats of latex paint on it. If you are wanting to operate it as a food concession then you need to be legal for the state of FL. They do not like newbies who ask questions without searching the forum first. FL is a PITA when it comes to food vendors.

If your avatar is your trailer, where did you get it made up? It seems pretty simple and i have been hunting for a manufacturer (that is not rediculously expensive) who could build a similar unit.
