Hello, I did the same thing years ago with my Mercedes. The pump was mismarked and I filled it up with gas. I called my insurance company. They went out and took a picture of the pump and covered the cost of repair 90%. It was also over $9000. I'm not sure, but I believe the gas station just turned the claim over to their insurance also.
