A Hopper needs a Winegard Travler or an open-faced portable dish (1000.2, 1000.4).

I have an upcoming issue. We are going full time Apr 2. At home we have two hoppers and would like to take one with us to record. On the rig now we have a Winegard dome which is only good for Dish HD. It is looked up to our 211z. We are thinking about hooking up out Tailgater (originally set up with the 211z in our TT) to the hopper. Is this doable and how would I wire everything up to watch the recorded shows on the hopper?
