Pat, I have the 2005 Horizon, 40AD, had same fueling problem. Had mine replaced last June at Freightliner , Gaffney, SC, Now filling it is a dream. Price = NO CHARGE!
Call and ask for Pat, (she usually answers phone) she will tell you if your's qualifies for a replacement Good Luck
