OMG! I just wrote a long and eloquent message to you, and the thunderstorm restarted my computer and lost it all!
Bottom line - I think he did cause it somehow. You don't have 3 admins and 2 techs do a walk-thru with him, tell him they will fix it all no cost - then 2 months later say no , it's "user error"!
When everyone started encouraging public action (banners and news media, etc) I had to throw something in there. I think he is headed for a BIG lawsuit ... them against HIM for all the bad press!
You KNOW he doesn't have a lawyer, that's why I tried to suggest someone else, friend or family - ANYONE but him! , cause I think he is an idiot and has ROYALLY pissed them off and they probably aren't going to talk to him again.
Frankly, I feel bad for THEM. Most of the people I have personally heard from think their customer service is EXCELLENT, and the story he is telling just doesn't make sense. Definitely some big blanks in the saga.
