We have owned our 39n since it was new, in 2010. I picked out the floor plan when Winnebago first released it in 2009, and waited for one to arrive at our dealer (March 2010). I probably put more miles on it than any other test driver. It took three months to make the right deal, but we took delivery in June, and started living fulltime in August 2010. For now, we travel up and down the west coast, have about 17,000 miles.
Making an educated guess, based on my internet searches of various RV dealers, I think Winnebago might have only made 30 or less of this model in 2010 and 2011 before it was discontinued.
I think your 2011 model has a slightly different bunk bed setup than my earlier model. My bunk beds were totally enclosed, walls each side, which facilitated my modifications for my office.
HI, I also own a 2011 Winnebago Journey 39N. I really like it and its been a great coach. I'm the second owner, have owned it for a year and a half and driven 10,000 miles. Interested in sharing knowledge and would love to see pics/info on your bunk to office conversion.
