Bill2011, I see you have the same Anthem/year/model that I have...a question, assuming we have the same frig, double doors on top with freezer box below... Do you have a problem with ice build up under the freezer compartment? We have to "pry" a sheet of ice off the bottom of the freezer compartment about every 4-6 weeks.... The first time this happened, we noticed a water drip out front of the frig...tracked it down to the ice build up. We will be at Entegra on the 13th of October. Will have them look at it, but was curious if you were having the same issue?
