TY for your message. It sounds like a great place. We are considering the Carolinas' for a late winter getaway. We will give it a good look-over!
BTW..there is a good thread going on new regulations for the RV industry and Rvers'. Seems many new things need known and considered..much regulation and jump thru laws may impact the Rv community negatively.
    Thanks again!

Hello! I'm replying privately to the campground message. I like to keep this place secret, because it's 1) our favorite favorite. It happens to be the first place we really RV'd at, and have been completely spoiled, which is why I'd thought about making one like it up north. The campground is www.willowtreervr.com - willlowtree campground in Longs, SC. It isn't on a golf course, but close to many. You might see a few reviews on it, it's small, and quiet, so some people dont' like it - but it's just a beautiful, relaxing place, and if you get a site on the lakefront, waking up to the sunrise is wonderful. We go every April vacation. Not everthings' perfect, but we feel safe and comfortable letting our kids be independent, which is hard to in the bigger campgrounds.
