Back again! We have decided to go Mobile Suites 38RSSA; picking it up this coming week. And, with the Pullrite slider hitch.

I know the clearance to the truck on turns will be pretty tight, but hoping we will be able to make sufficient turns ok. As truckers often say, "an inch is as good as a mile".

In conversation with others having this coach and a short bed truck, I am tentatively re-assured. We shall see!

I recently traded in the Solitude. Even with the Pullrite slider hitch, the trailer was very close to the cab when doing a tight turn. I wouldn't tow it without a slider.

Greetings! My wife and I are about to buy a 2019 RAM MegaCab 3500 Dually and following that, I think we are going to go with a Solitude 310GK.

Can you tell me if the front cap design of the 310GK is such that you can make a 90º turn without busting a rear window, given the 6'4" bed on the RAM?

Or, is a sliding hitch necessary?

Since I think you have the exact same truck and same 5th wheel, I'm thinking you may have some very helpful thoughts on this combination of truck and trailer!

My email - if conversing is easier that way, is dhartonline@icloud.com

    Don
