Paul, we are on our way home. I also had Mike for an advisor. All the big items that needed repair were not done, mostly from parts on order. Some they couldn't duplicate, so they didn't take care of them. My seat cushions never did come back from the vender (Williamsburg) like they promised, so we bought a real nice Amish sofa and had it installed. Villa didn't show up until Thursday and couldn't do anything until next week, if even then. So we ordered two new Flexsteel seats. Then when they brought our coach out, after all the repairs were suppose to be done, I couldn't believe how dirty and full of saw dust and metal shavings it was. Entegra is not going to like my survey when they get it back. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. I have to say Rod, my tec, did do a very nice job on a couple of my issues, so it wasn't all bad. Enough for now. I am already planning my PDI for next year. Take care.

Dave.... Really sorry you are having problems. Yes, we did stay at the Hampton all week. Being in the hotel business I spent less than $125 for the week with my discount. My pdi went well. My service advisor, mike, was not very good. He missed some paint issues....they are coming to get my coach and take back and repair, as it was clearly his fault, then since they could not duplicate the dash radio issue... Speakers kept cutting out.... They did nothing. Same thing happened on my trip back home. They sent me. A new radio for me to install. They addressed all of the other issues to my satisfaction. Keep me updated. Paul

We are at the factory now. Not going very good, seems like I have to fight for every repair customer service said would be taken care of. The biggest issues are the driver and pass. seats and sofa butt cushions. When I made my appointment they said everything would be lined up and taken care of. Now they act like I never contacted anyone about the issues. I now have to spent a few extra days here (sounds like till next week Tuesday) and I get the feeling we are not going to be very happy with the repairs. We now wish we would have kept your coach or looked at other options, but time will tell. I just hope we don't leave here dissatisfied and upset, but not looking real good right now. I will let you know how all turns out.

By the way, how did your PDI go? Later.

We did stay at hotel each night. On Monday check-in, we were told we should be out by Wednesday or early Thursday. We never left until 3 pm Friday..... then found items on list were not completed. I took route 20 west going home into Ohio (Enud, OH if I remember correctly....and skipped all the Indiana tolls. Much nicer drive and cost about 5 minutes travel time. Hope this helps. Regards, Paul.

Thanks for the feedback. We had no damage to the coach. We will be coming in from the west on I-80. I am sure that will be the same. I wonder if Hwy 20 would be a better bet for me also. Are you staying at the Hotel every night? Looking forward to the factory visit. Dave

Update on visit. Spoke to 3 other owners staying in their coaches. Some like it, some don't. Factory tour is great. Walk through with explaination, & the chance to look in, touch, walk around and look during construction. You learn a lot. Jayco tour is excellent. "Rise & Roll" bakery & deli on route 20, about 10 minutes away, excellent. We had lunch there. Dining out in the area is VERY limited. Dutch restaurant is good, but the "Only Italian Restaurant in Middlebury" is a stay away from. More restaurants in Elkhart and surrounding areas. The toll boots on 80 in Indiana are VERY tight. I had no more than 2" of clearance on ea mirror going through. No oversize lane either coming from Ohio into Indiana. Exit booth at Middlebury was good. Toll was $15.90 for 50 miles, with the toad. Going back via RT 20 into Ohio to avoid this. They found a damage repair on the passenger front slide that began to spider.Repairing at no cost. Did you have any damage while you had the coach? Paul.
