I just saw this today so I hope you didn't think I ignored you...Usually I use the private message function...Lippert is making good on this pump...If you call them, website is lci1.com...they will usually send you a new assembly and you can install it or have someone install it for you. otherwise there are threads out there on this and you can buy the seal and rebuild the motor (one guy has it step by step)......there is an address i can pass you on thisl..tom.bowman@nhtsa.gov....., they tend to take their sweet time. I hope this helps you but search LCI on the forum and you will get what you need...my apologies if I did not see this sooner...like I said, it's in a place I didn't look..

Stuart, thanks for your post on .Lippert. I too lost a motor on my pump last week. Would like the address of NHTSA if you still have it. we have a 2009 Knight. only 3000 miles and the motor fried. Going to send pic's of motor to Lippert tomorrow. I plan on replacing the seal and hope to find someone to rebuild motor.
