Hi Skip- I haven't really contacted Thor for anything regarding my rig. Mine was a former Cruise America rental so I dealt with them in the beginning. I got a very generic renters guide when I bought mine. And I downloaded a generic 2006 Four Winds manual. I agree that they don't go into any technical depth. As far as service for my Majestic 23A I have gone to various shops for maintenance and have fixed most things myself. Everyday I learn something new about my RV. I'm adding a backup camera and backup signalling device now. I plan to get the engine oil/transmission fluid changed next month and, if my tax refund is big enough, get a new roof put on it next spring. So I agree that Thor's owners manuals are sorely lacking. Maybe they did that on purpose so their dealers would get more service revenue. Good luck with your Freedom Elite.

    Hi Mike,
As a newbie to the Thor family (35 years camping in Starcraft popups) - I wanted to say hello and ask how your THOR Owner Support has been thus far? I was miffed that they won't provide system diagrams, parts books and my 2012 Freedom Elite Owner's Manual is so generic to be a joke, do you agree?
