I have an 04 Fleetwood Excursion , I can find the vin number on the frame, does anyone know where it is I negs the one in steel or a plate not the plastic sticker.

I am about to acquire a 2002 Honda Accord AT with only 23,400 miles on it, from my 83 year old mother who can no longer drive.
