Glad to see your post. I have a 2015 Travato that has the same problem. When the parking brake is engaged I am not able to lock my doors. When not using the parking brake the doors lock at my command. Until I read your post the Chrysler dealer was replacing keys, thinking that was the problem. One key $250.00. I am waiting a call from the Chrysler Jeep dealer to tell me what theFIX is. I don't think they have one...
