    Continued . . .

Thanks in advance for any light that you can shed on this for me. We’re headed on the road for 3-4 days to get a recall implemented on our coach. Would be nice to have TV for the 1 or 2 nights that we’ll be in an RV park assuming any park we go to doesn’t have decent cable or internet.

    Continued . . . .

For the plan I bought, the provider gives an IMEI and says to be certain the APN is set for “BROADBAND”. And to provide that IMEI to AT&T while setting up the plan. The IMEI is for an AT&T Primetime Tablet.

So - I can’t get it to connect. I’m not sure if I need to make any changes to the other settings such as “Authorization”, “PDP”, or “PDP Roaming”. I’ve played around with them without success. But I am also thinking the issue may be the SIM card not being correct for the service, 4G.

I believe AT&T is sending me a SIM as I am getting emails indicating so, as well as a UPS tracking number, but the tracking number has not yet had a chance to get logged into UPS’s system.

Hey CaptBill - I saw some posts you made on a Netgear LB1120 last year and thought you might could help me.

I bought an AT&T data plan off eBay as it looked better than anything we could get with the phone plan plan we already have with AT&T - kind of a separate plan from our phone plan.

I then went to our local AT&T corporate store and picked up a SIM. It was like pulling teeth to get just the SIM, the rep wanted to sell me a plan. Told him I already had a plan. He wanted to register the card, I told him no, I’ve got a device already, I just need the card.
So he gave me a card - I confirmed with him that the card was 4G GSM - he said “Yes” but the card says 5G on it (not sure that it matters).

    Going to continue this in a 2nd pm . . . . .

Thanks for your commments. It seems like that is the best two additions to improve handling. I am on my way home from Las Vegas to Moose Jaw SK. Gusty conditions coming out of Vegas but the rest of the trip the coach is handlling well. Some snow squalls but not to serious. In Great Falls tonight with good internet connection so able to catch up on messages.
    Thanks Colemole

    Hello
I have a 04 36G Journey and have been concerned about steering particularly in windy or rutted pavement. Seems like too much slop in the neutral area. Have installed Safey Plus. Still not happy. Tried different tire pressures but still have concerns. Can handle it but keeps you very busy. I note you have a similar coach. Did you do any upgrades on steering?

    Hi CaptBill,
I checked out the frame that supports the slideout and can make 4 brackete to hold the "vent" solid. Then the vent will rest on the brackets and be bolted to them.
