    A MKX is only towable 4 down if it's a AWD NOT a FWD. The Fusion owners should have the information in the owners handbook.

    I recall just reading something about the Fusion not sure if I have it mixed up with another model but I think Ford pulled it's approval of towing 4 down.

    Please don't take my word about it, post the question in the the Toad Forum for a better answer.

    It's a 08 Lincoln MKX AWD and the only problem I've had is the 60/65 MPH speed limit it's supposed to have, every so often everything seems to want to go faster and I don't mean just going down hill:(

    You also are supposed to start and run it before and after towing, all in all very minor.

    It does seem to track very well with only a very slight notice between taking off with or without it attached.

    I'm using a Blue Ox base plate and Aventia tow bar.
