    You have a similiar unit RV as mine.

    My wooden plugs just popped out with a small screw driver. If they are flush mounted just drill a small hole in the plug and screw a screw into the hole and pull it out with pliars.

    I'm sending you a link to the mod I made to my rear TV. Make sure you go all the way to the end of the second page because I changed it again, later.

    I see some new model coaches are using the window space as I have for TV installation. It gives you more storage space in the bedroom and the girls love that. I don't use that window anyway. You can still use it for ventalation.
    My works great now.
