Sorry George, just saw your post. The photo is of Reagan and the Gopher Tortoise he had a relationship all his life. The gopher tortoise has a burrow on the other side of our fence but always enjoy the grass on our side. Reagan was the first of the 4 bassets we have rescued. This photo is about 15 years old. It represents my outlook: The life not examined is not worth living! (Socrates) By the way, if you would like to correspond and Bassets I would be more than happy.
