Thank you so much for the heads up. I pretty much suspected as much. RV dealerships in general appear to operate in the same way. I hate to say that I am shopping for price, since I expect the same bad service no matter where I buy. We bought a travel trailer in 2015. Got a good price but had to drive to get it. Prior to the sale the salesman couldn't do enough for us. Literally, after I handed him the check he disappeared. We had some problems after the sale and there wasn't a person at the dealership to talk to. I was on my own. Fortunately the factory made sure all was taken care of at a local dealer. The entire RV industry is pathetic to say the least. I ask my self why am I buying this? I guess we really enjoy the life style. We have camped for 40 years now and there used to be good dealerships out there. They seem to have been chewed up and put out of business. Spending this kind of money, we should not have to deal with these hassles!
