I am very sorry to hear of your situation. I've been following you and the iRV2 gang for years. I'm the biggest lurker ever. We were researching coaches to buy for my mom's "travel all over America" dream when she passed away unexpectedly last year.
I've looked at a lot of 45Ks in the past few years.
Maybe I could come take a look at yours with Matt, help Matt get it moved for sale, or whatever works for you.
Even better, perhaps a purchase check from us would be better than a consignment contract?

I took the first part of my vacation and went to Gaffney. It was a pleasure. They have a lot in back with free electricity, 50 amp!! the next morning we registered and the tech came to our coach and listened completely asked questions, and then took our coach. They have a reasonable lounge where we made new friends. They fixed the clutch, not an uncommon problem as i take it, and did what they call a m3 service. They went over all the chassis parts, changed fluids et. al. Tuesday morning we started out to yellowstone. rt 26 had some steep climbs and the coach just purred. temp was never a problem. I think it was well worth the money and the time. I loved driving a coach that I know is road worthy. It took us 9 hours to Gaffney and i would do it again, probably in 2 yrs or so. Good luck.
