Sorry about the long delay but I just saw your question. I just couldn't get the fridge to stay cold ON THE ROAD using LPG. I replaced the controller, cleaned the orifice, made wind deflectors and finally admitted I was defeated. So, I changed approach. I cut the wire feeding the outlet that the fridge plugs into and installed a 3-pole, 3-throw switch. I bought a 2000 watt inverter and installed it and ran a 12/3 cord from the inverter to the switch. The inverter has a remote switch in my bedroom. So, when heading out on the road I turn the switch to power the fridge outlet from the inverter that I turned on and all seems well.
