    Hello Madrona,,, I have a 99 Windsor as well and wondering if you have the same condition as mine. When driving on gravel road in dry coindtions I get a great deal of dust kicked up by side raditaor fan.. Have been lead to believe this is normal as fan is always running. ( slow speed ) It is supposed to increase in speed when temp reachs approx 190 F but have never noticed.. What has your experence been thx James 503-869-3081
