I spent a little more than 30 years practicing and promoting the methods of the TPS, and although it should seem like I’m an expert on the topic, I don’t consider myself one at all.
I’ve researched TWI, Ford, theory of constraints, worked with several consultants, and found implementing Ohno’s approach with TPS to be the best.
Now that I’m retired, I’ve done some reflecting on my journey and will do my best to answer any questions you have.
