Hi Miramichi,
I too had one of the slide lock actuators fail on our coach. The gear box case on the actuator had come apart and in the process stripped two of the screws so it couldn't be put back together. After paying the dealer way too much I put the old actuator back together and used lock tite on the screws. I'll keep this one as a spare in case I have the issue again.
Is this the actuator that you used in your coach?
