There is a Norgren Dump Valve located behind the Generator up mounted on the back of the crossmember-it's operated by 2 solenoid switches controlled by the Panel next to the Drivers seat, It Dumps the Bags and controls the Air up of Leveling the coach. I suspect that's where the problem is- There are a number of airlines connected to the Valve, the valve is rebuildable . I can't send a pict here --perhaps an e-mail address.
