05-18-2016 02:24 PMgefanmojoracing. I have a 35K and can't find my OBD-II port connector. I'm not sure what I'm looking for. Trying to find a picture of the port on the internet. I want to get the 5 Star Tune.

10-15-2015 01:38 PMbulldog620Mojo,
In regards to the gutter extensions that I posted about, I finally got my Bounder back from the dealer, they had it for over 8 weeks!! I've attached pictures in my original post. Not sure if you had purchased these for your Bounder, but they worked out very well for me. Take a look and tell me what you think.

12-06-2013 06:20 PMBruadairGlad to hear you got your sofa piece, looks like we already need one. It was patched and repaired before we took delivery but not holding up. Do you by chance have a part number? We won't be taking our coach in until late Feb or early March. Today I woke up and it was -1 degree outside, COLD here in northern Idaho. When it warms up and the snow melts we'll take the coach in for some warranty stuff, then we hope to get out there an use it. We took an extended warranty from Wholesale warranties yesterday, probably don't need it but felt like it will give us a little piece of mind for the next seven years. I agree, we like the quality items that Fleetwood used like the Magnum charger/inverter. We had one in our boat for many years and can't say enough good things about it. Hope you're staying warm.

12-05-2013 02:18 AMBruadairWe too chose the 35K because of the floorplan and L shaped sofa. My partner had to leave yesterday, his nephew passed away. When he gets back at the end of the month we'll call Fleetwood and tell them our concerns about the sofa too. Then we'll contact Flexsteel. It's too bad, I would hope the sofa would last as long as we own the coach. We plan on taking the coach in to our dealer for warranty work after the snow melts, probably early March. We'll take it in numerous time for the sofa if we have to, I'm actually hoping they replace this one. It has a lot of chafing on the backside of the pullout which was repaired even before we bought the coach, so it's had problems before. Hope they continue to fix or replace it. We did look at a Newmar Canyon Star 3610, same floorplan as ours, but they have a better built sofa, more substantial and thicker material. WIsh I could afford it, I think the sofa is $4000. Oh, my email is bruadair@gmail.com.

12-03-2013 06:41 PMBruadairthe other issues on our warranty list include a bit of the veneer on one cabinet delaminating, lights in the living room slideout flickering and so on. Hope to get them all addressed in March so we can hit the road in April. In the mean time we're enjoying using it in our storage building. We bought it four weeks ago, felt like we got a good price and APR at the time.
We spent the last 11 years sailing full time in Central and South America, now it's time to see our country. Can't wait to hit the road!!!! We love the floor plan, feels more homey than a camper which is we wanted. Where are you located? If you ever find youselves in the Idaho Panahandle let us know. We're staying with our cousin on his 1000 acre cattle ranch, lots of room up here for visitors. That's an invitation if you find yourselves up here.
Sorry for the long email, sometimes I just get carried away. Oh, our email is dsarin@yahoo.com

12-03-2013 06:41 PMBruadairThe big issue now is the sofa is not bolted to the coach and the seat belts are now loose. Called Fleetwood and they said this is a big problem, the dealer has agreed to fix it, they said they would bolt the sofa down and make sure all is aligned. And we did notice that there was a lot of chafing going on with the pull out part (extanda?), it's also misaligned and has been patched previously. We've asked that the dealer fix this as well as it's only going to get worse and the previous repair will not hold. I'm going to hold firm that the entire sofa needs to be replaced. On the down side we're in the Idaho panhandle where we have lots of snow so we won't be able to get the coach back to the dealer until the end of february or early march. In the mean time it's in storage in our insulated metal building.

12-03-2013 06:40 PMBruadairWe have an issue with our sofa. At the time of our PDI we noticed the bottom drawer would not pull out because it was rubbing on the L section, it was miss aligned. We were able to pull hard to get the sofa to jackknife, but it didn't work well due to the misalignment. The dealer then took the unit to readjust the sofa, which they did. We checked the bottom drawer and it worked flawlessly with no rubbing on the L section. We got home, decided to lay down the sofa and come to find out the whole sofa moved. The dealer removed the brackets securing the sofa to the coach in order to align it properly.

12-03-2013 06:38 PMBruadairI'm really glad to hear what you had to say about your 35K. We have a small punch list, mostly minor stuff. The refrigerator door handles were broken and we were supposed to have new handles two weeks ago (bought the coach four weeks ago). Hopefully they arrive soon.

12-02-2013 01:53 AMBruadairWe just purchased a 2014 Bounder 35K as well, about three weeks ago. How do you like yours? We have a lot of minor issues but love the coach a lot.
