You know, I can hear it but it seems to get quieter the longer it's been driven. Nothing annoying, but I'm half deaf anyhow. Hoping to get some miles on the ol girl soon once things open up.
I too thought about adding some rubber insulators between the pump assembly and tee bracket that's hard mounted to the body. Guess I'll let you try it first, let me know how it works.
Hopefully your happy with the FASS install. I think anythings better than the stock lift pump. Peace of mind is priceless.
Mike- I only have one complete chassis diagram set (dash + chassis) which is a 2005 model year. The 2004's have some differences in the wiring:
Dash gauges & light cluster
Some functions on the Vansco VMM's
VDC (vehicle data condenser) mounted inboard of the rear VMM in battery compartment, which translates data from chassis & engine to work w/the gauges
Aside from that the rest should be the same, take that w/a grain of salt.
