Hello, this was from an old post, but I'm curious, how do you sit on a bucket if the hole is inside the storage compartment?

My friend who owns a 2012 35K decided to cut an approximately 27" x 27" hole in the very center of the compartment. It worked well as he was able to sit on a bucket with his head and shoulders through the hole which made it easier to work on the pump.
