George,
We have never had any trouble with our Samsung but I have heard that the Samsung is designed for residential use inside a house and will shut down if the temp drops below some point. Not sure what that point is but the folks who have experienced this problem were in the South and left the outside vent and the roof vent open. I have never recommended folks do this but people still think they are going to have a more efficient system if they leave those vents open. The Samsung and most residential refrigerators work best with interior air. If your vents are open you should close them up. If you can keep the interior of the coach at about 50 degrees that would be a good thing. Don't know your situation. We do not winterize our coach and leave the heat on all winter set at 55. That was with a 50 amp connection on the side of our house. This is our first winter with a heated garage and now the coach stays the temp of the garage.
Sorry if that is not much help,
Bob
