I saw your recent post where you mentioned that your wife is now in a wheelchair. Mine is as well (we're Robert and Kathy as well). We've dealt with a lot of accessibility issues so let me know if there's anything I can do to help you out. My Kathy can't stand or walk but can transfer to and from the wheelchair.
We were lucky and found a MH that was already equipped with a commercial wheelchair lift under the entry door. One like mine should be able to be retrofitted to your 38T. If your wife has some mobility and can stand for a bit, there are simpler (and less expensive solutions) that I had on our TT.
Your floor plan looks pretty good accessibility-wise except, perhaps for the bathroom, but that could be opened up. The bed accessibility is good.
