Did you solve your towing situation?
We are trying to figure out almost the same scenario but with a 3900 lb Lexus SC 430 and our new 2020 Axis 25.6 which weighs 12,080 lbs and is 26.5' long, has a 22,000 lb GCVWR, 14,500 GVWR, 8,000 lbs tow capacity with a measly 500 lb tongue capacity. If you find a way to do it safely please let us know or we may have to tow a scooter. We are too old for that. I hate tow bars and tow dollies. Had those on my 2 diesel pushers. If you get in a bind with them you are dangerously stuck in traffic. You can't back up more than 1'. Also, if we can make the trailer idea work we have a nice comfortable car to move the trailer into it's parking place. Hope you make it. I'm still studying. In the morning I start making the 3" low front even with the rear with no help from the dealer, Thor or Ford. Ford won't even align it with or without warranty. I'm building my own lift kit and alignment equipment to do so.
