Scott, I am currently dealing with a broken frame on a 2020 Heartland Sundance (Lippert frame). It sounds like you had a similar problem. Can you tell me about your experience dealing with Lippert? Heartland is basically saying Lippert has to deal with it and not responding to messages. I am hoping to learn what your experience was like so I can decide whether to hire an attorney, just go out and buy a replacement trailer, or what. I appreciate any insight you can provide. Thanks!
