Hi Scotty. I live in Castroville Texas where the soil is hard clay. I want to put down a parking pad for my 40' fifth wheel. I don't want to use concrete because I would like something a little less industrial and less expensive. You mentioned road base to another member. Is that what you would recommend to me? Can you give specifics, like size and step by step process?

Hey Scotty, thought I'd drop you a brief note about our MH...actually loving it...just had our year end service...had a couple of cabinet hinges adjusted and replaced some caulk on the entrance door window...all seems great. We're pulling a 16 ft box trailer at about 9000 lbs including scooters. We put about 6000 miles on it this last year, will probably be about the same this year....getting about 7 to 8 mpg...headed to the Big Bend area mid April, Colorado in June, and Arkansas in September...should have my business shut down by the end of the year and hoping to get out a little more. Hope you guys are doing well and have lots of trips planned.
