Reading your Palazzo transmission posts, did you ever find an answer on why you had these transmission issues? I too, recently purchased a 2016 33.2 and seem unable to use the up and down arrows to manually shift. I'm being told, there are only two modes in these 2100 Allison transmissions; 6 and 3. Not totally sure I'm getting the correct info, but also told the (Freightliner) manufacturer programs these selections at build.....Have you heard any of this or have you gotten to the bottom of your issues? Would love to hear your results, which may help me understand mine.
