Hello,

I was hoping you could give me feedback on how your Tundra 5.7 does with your TT. I currently have a 2015 Tacoma TRD Sport and I used to own a 2011 Tundra 5.7 but I never towed anything with it. I plan to buy a TT in the 5200 to 5500 pound range, 500 to 550 pound hitch weight and in the 27 foot length range. For example the 2017 Jayco 23RLSW. Additional info that makes me lean to Tundra is the fact my brother in law is the service manager at the local Toyota. So I get preferential treatment not just on service but on trades and purchasing.

Any feedback you could give me would help me decide if I will go with a Tundra or make the leap to a 3/4 diesel truck. How does your rig do in the hills and mountains? Do you feel limited by the 38 gal fuel tank?
