    Hi there. My name is Rob Ploutz-Snyder, and I'm good friends with Cory Engel. He told me that you had some good experiences at a Freightliner service center in Houston, and I am scheduled to drive all the way to Gaffney to get my 3-year service and a few things done. Can you tell me which Freightliner place you had service done, who you talked to to arrange it, and any other feedback about the quality of service done there??
