Does the park you are in require a digital cable box to view the channels? There are some that you can't just scan.
The problem with the way the TVs list the channels is they all show up in the same list whether they are OTA or cable. If I'm on cable I tell the search channel feature to skip the OTA, and vice versa when I'm on OTA.
The three coax cables you have going to the splitter/switch are inputs from the OTA antenna, wet bay cable connection and an output to the coax splitter. If you are not getting any OTA stations either when you scan, your splitter may be bad.
