When I went thru the Thour RV Tour in Elkhart, they showed how they do the water test for leaks. Double check to see if the clearance lights and screws are sealed with silicone or other sealant. If they are not sealed, water can get behind the fiberglass cap and fill up above the inner windshield gasket. Happened to me.

Damm !!! Why would they take the heat & AC out of the garage ? I want to get the one with the fold up couches/ beds in the garage to be able add sleeping area when going to bike rally's etc. :( I have the Rand McNally 7720 GPS that you can punch in the size and Height of your RV and it will warn you way ahead of low overpass and bridge heights etc. or divert you around them ! Unfortunately low tree branches are not included in the warnings *L* How is the bathroom and shower ? Enough hot water for a decent shower or do you need to take a quick GI shower like in my old Work & Play fun hauler ??? Thanks !!! That gives me an idea as to how much I may be able to haggle over the price with them when I get ready to purchase Might have to wait a bit till sales slow down on the new 37LS. Thats definately the one I want. Hope you are enjoying yours so far !!! Looks awesome Can't wait to get one. Let me know if you have any problems or issues with yours OK ? Only concern that I have had was that they look a little top heavy. Any problem with corners and swaying because of the height ???

I sold my Work & Play fun hauler privately to a nice couple and I'm in the process of selling off a few acres of land I own here, so I hope to be purchasing one by mid to end of this summer. Can I ask what the price of your unit was and what options you have in it ? I like the idea of the fold up bed/couches in the back and the drop down one over the driver/passenger seats. Plenty of room for biker friends on rally trips (Sturgis) etc. and room for the grandkids on the camping trips I've been drooling over yours ever since you put the pics up (Lol). That is one nice looking rig !!!
