good morning. Perry suggested I contact you and see if you've ever installed a residential fridge into a coach in the hallway?
My coach has the norcold fridge in the fairly narrow hallway. It's not in a slide. I'm considering the residential switch out, but reluctant because the doors and handles on the samsung will stick into the hallway another 4-6", mainly due to the handles. (I need to verify exactly) I've looked into the norcold conversion from JG, but still struggling with the decision.
I don't have a furnace under the fridge now, but I would loose the cabinet above the fridge and a little minor cabinet work, but I'm not afraid of that.
Any thoughts about installing in the hallway?

Hi William ! Yes there was a leak in the past. Somehow water has managed to get in during heavy rain/wind events (not typical rains). It doesn't happen often and i'm thinking its likely the window in the slide, don't know. I drilled a quarter inch weep-hole in the bottom outside corner of the slide to allow any excess moisture to escape if it does happen to accumulate. If anyone knows like spot water is entering slide so I can address that. I would be grateful. My best assumption now is the larger window.
Hi Bill. Just saw your message. Thanks for checking on us. We are doing great. We spent our summer in Calif, Oregon and Idaho. Lots of golf, bike riding, crabbing, and sightseeing. We returned to Florence in early Oct. and promptly left for a one week trip to Chicago. Never been there and wanted to see it before winter set in. In early Dec. we head to the Cancun area for a week stay at a nice resort. Then, its back here until early May. Hope the fall colors were great for you and Ruby and that you are both doing well.

I Have All Fittings Needed For Job
Yes Need Old Tank For Pattern

Thanks. I would be very interested in pursuing this. Is there anyone in Phoenix that I could talk with about the tank, fittings, etc? Also, would they need my tank as a pattern or could they use what they already fabricated if it was the same as mine?

I am in contact with John Melton in Phoenix at CRS. Commercial Radiator Service, Inc. - Phoenix, Arizona
I am looking to replace my coolant overflow tank as I think you and happycarz did. John wants me to send him my tank for a pattern. I asked John to see if he still had the pattern from your tank (if you used CRS) If so where was your tank located in your coach. I have an 05 dynasty, tag with ISL400 and mine is located up and to the right of my engine center. (facing engine from outside looking in). Also, I sent John a pic of the tank you posted a pic of a while back. I was seeing 5 fittings, plus radiator cap. I am guessing the two glass fittings are sight level fittings, 1 fitting with electrical connection, the two small hose fittings on the top and a 1 1/2 hose fitting on the bottom of the tank. Am also sending another message with the info from CRS. barlow46
